A proprietary leadership curriculum designed to teach young people to harness their thoughts and emotions in-order-to maximize their potential in Sports and Life by overcoming Fear, Anxiety, and Self-Doubt.
MODULE I
Module I will consist of a 4-week course of instruction on leadership thoughts, principles, and terminology.
Each weekly session will consist of a 45-minute instructional period that will embrace multiple facets of learning tools and teaching methods.
→ Week 1 – Leadership Defined
→ Week 2 – Overcoming the Fear of Failure
→ Week 3 – Limiting Beliefs and Assumptions
→ Week 4 – An Attitude of Gratitude
Module 1 will begin classes the week of January 30th
MODULE Ii
Module II will consist of a 4-week course of instruction that expands on the principles contained in MOD I and introduces new concepts and principles designed to create sustainable confidence and self-awareness.
Each weekly session will consist of a 45-minute instructional period that will embrace multiple facets of learning tools and teaching methods.

→ Week 2 – It's You Against You
→ Week 3 – Time to Execute
→ Week 4 – No More Fear-Based Decisions

All sessions will be conducted in a virtual learning environment.
Each student will receive the following ($50 value):
→ Outcome Elite team t-shirt
→ Outcome Elite team wristbands
Academy sessions will be separated into 2 groups:
→ Middles School – Grades 6-8
→ High School – Grades 9-12
Total Investment is only $150 per module.
